This is one of my all-time favorite desserts and it always makes me think of summer, so I figured it was the perfect dessert to kick-off Ice Cream Appreciation Month. It is so simple: just mix together softened vanilla ice cream, cool whip, and lemonade concentrate. Pour into a pre-made graham cracker crust, and freeze. How easy is that?!
