Baby's Size: One site says the embryo is the size of a sesame seed, one says it's the size of an apple seed, and one says it's the size of an orange seed. I think an apple seed is the cutest so that is what I took my photo with. :)
Baby's Milestones: The blood system and heart should be working this week and the brain and spinal cord should begin to form.
Symptoms: My symptoms are actually a lot less noticeable than they were week 3. The few days before I took the pregnancy tests they were the worst and have gotten progressively better, except the peeing. That has pretty much remained constant so far. I seem to get up once every night between 4-6am. I got up twice one night, but I drank a lot of water late and went to bed pretty early. My boobs are still sore and seem pretty big. My bra was hurting on Sunday, so for the last few days I have been wearing sports bras. I am definitely feeling tired today. I slept in until 11am yesterday and was exhausted by 10pm last night. I have been tired all day and craving a nap, so the fatigue symptom is really starting to be more visible. Other than that I feel fine. I get the watery mouth thing every once in a while, but way less and I am still really thirsty and pretty hungry too.
