A while back, I went a little crazy buying my little guy lots of Kings hockey and Lakers basketball gear and Nic was upset with me that I didn't get any Clippers gear. Apparently, he jumped on the "Lob City" Bandwagon this year and now wants our son to be a fan as well. Considering I was a Laker Girl and grew up going to Laker games, I was somewhat insulted by this. He has been giving me a hard time about not buying anything for our little boy to wear that represents his teams ever since. So, about a month ago, I went on-line and ordered Essendon Bombers gear from the official Bombers website in Australia. If there is any team that is 100% Nic's team, it is the Bombers. They are the AFL (Australian Football League) team he has been following since he was a little kid. I was so excited to give him his gifts to celebrate Father's Day or as we referred to it this year Father~to~Be Day. I got our little guy a pacifier, rattle, footy, blanket and a onesie so he can be all decked out when the two of them watch games together. I know Nic loved the gift and I think it was way better than buying some Clippers gear. ;)
