Play Date

On Monday October 29th, a few of the girls I met at my pregnancy class came over with their little ones. I cleaned the house, baked a few treats, put out all my Halloween decorations and pretended like this mom thing and entertaining were a piece of cake. ;) We had a really fun time catching up and meeting each other's little ones. It sure was nice to have some women to talk to who are going through all the same things as I am. I think Hudson enjoyed it too. I thought he would be interested in the other babies, but he was far more interested in the moms. Either way, it was a win win for him as he was surrounded by all girls. ;) I'm sure he will thank me when he is older. All joking aside, it is really helpful to have the support and camaraderie of women in the same situation as I am and I'm hoping we will make this a regular thing.
