Hospital~Day 2

On September 10th, Luc wanted to nurse all day. Most babies are sleepy after their circumcision (Hudson certainly was), but not Luc. He was attached to me, eating, the entire day. I didn't mind though because it made me less nervous about his jaundice. This little guy has barely opened his eyes since he was born, but that evening he did try a few times. It was cracking us up because he would open them a sliver then make a face and close them back up again. Haha, he apparently isn't a fan of the bright lights and sights of his new world. That night during his check, he weighed 7 pounds 7 ounces and his jaundice score was around 5, which is apparently low risk. 

That afternoon, my mom, dad, Tyler, Sabrina and Hudson came by for a visit. Nic went up to Valencia for a chiropractor appointment, then went home to feed Hudson dinner and put him to bed. Nic came back that evening for another night in his very comfy chair. We had a rough night that night. Luc was up from about 12-4 crying. Luckily, he's cute!
