Christmas Eve

We had a little family fun with the photo booth, updated our Christmas countdown, took a few pictures in front of the tree and even had a quick visit from the Mirkovich clan before heading to Oma and Opa's house for Christmas Eve.
Oma isn't doing that well, she gets really anxious, especially if Opa isn't near her and she wants to move constantly which isn't good because she needs help walking, but she looked beautiful and I think she enjoyed our company. Her caretaker is very sweet and did her hair and nails, which was comforting for me to see. It is nice to know that she is being well taken care of. She spent some time with the boys. Hudson was so sweet with her and I'm thankful that Luc got to spend some time with her too. Opa, especially loved having us over. With Oma's health declining, he seems to really enjoy having family interaction.
We ate dinner, opened presents, took a group picture and then we were on our way home. It is overwhelming for Oma to have us all over so we didn't stay too long. It was a really nice evening with our family though!
When we got home, the boys got into their pjs from Jingle Bell then put out carrots for the reindeer and milk and cookies for Santa. Hudson was so excited and Luc got in on the action too.

I just adore these boys and love watching them experience the magic of Christmas!
