March 17th was St. Patrick's Day. We had so much fun celebrating this year. I made Hudson a minty green smoothie, green pancakes (with spinach in them-bonus!), and grapes in the shape of shamrocks. Hudson shares my love and excitement for holidays, which is awesome! For dinner this year I made corned beef and cabbage in the crockpot. It was pretty good and allergy free, which meant we could all enjoy it, so that was a bonus. I also made lucky charm rice krispy treats that were dairy free so we were all able to enjoy those as well. We had a great day, I squeezed in a few extra kisses, and I definitely feel very lucky!!
