Post Pregnancy Week 2

Week 2 post partum I weighed 157. Only 7 more pounds to lose to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight. While seeing the numbers drop so quickly on the scale feels good, I must admit, some of this weight loss is not a good thing. I know I haven't been eating enough. I have not had much of an appetite since becoming a mom and on top of that I have been so pre-occupied with taking care of Hudson that I have been eating less than I did pre-pregnancy. Considering I am breastfeeding, I know this isn't healthy so I am really going to try to make an effort to eat more.
