Christmas Dinner

That afternoon, after a little family pow wow, we took pictures of Hudson in the onesies I made last year for Sabrina, Tyler and Justin when I announced that I was pregnant. Tyler couldn't find his so he took shirtless photos instead, haha. It really is crazy how different life can be one year later. 

Then we had dinner. My mom started making a Christmas dinner a few years ago.It is nice because she always makes a delicious meal (this year my mom made a roast, peas, mashed potatoes and rolls) , but mostly because it gives us an excuse to spend more time together. Ever since Nic and I spent a Christmas in Tasmania we have been doing crackers at the Christmas dinner. Two people pull one apart and the person who gets the bigger side wins (Sort of like a wish bone). They always have a crown, prize, and usually some riddles or jokes inside. We went around the table taking turns pulling the crackers apart then reading the riddles inside. It is always really fun.

After dinner we took some pictures in front of the tree.

My mom bought Hudson a really cute mustache pacifier for Christmas. She bought two boxes of mustaches for us thinking it would be funny to do photos. We each picked out our mustache and got ready. It was hilarious. We were all laughing so hard. We got all set up and then tried to be serious for the photos. Of course, I cracked first, then we all burst into laughter. We were crying we were laughing so hard. That of course made the mustaches start to fall off so we had to get it together to get some photos. It was so much fun!!!
