We came home and gave Hudson homemade zucchini for the first time. I think this might be his favorite so far (or he is just getting the hang of this food thing).
That afternoon Hudson helped me fill Easter eggs while we watched an Easter movie. Hudson loved the eggs, but had more fun pulling them out of the basket and eating them. It was a fun little challenge for me to remember which ones had been filled and which ones hadn't while Hudson tried his best to confuse me. :)
That night, we used our BBQ for the first time. I made peppers, mushrooms, and sweet potatoes in the house, while Nic BBQ'd steak, zuchinni and squash outside. It was a gorgeous night so Hudson hung out in his stroller watching daddy. It was such a delicious dinner!! For dessert I made chocolate cupcakes. What a great end to a really fun weekend.
