6 Months

On February 22nd my little man turned 6 months old! I can't believe how fast the 1st half of his life has flown by! Hudson now weighs 16 pounds 11 ounces. His eczema is really bad at the moment, the worst it has ever been actually. Hudson really loves sitting up. He smiles, shouts, smacks his hands and bounces when he is excited. He is really interested in food. He sleeps on his side occasionally now. He says mmmmmmm a lot. He scoots well and shifts in circles on his tummy. He is rolling both ways now. He has pulled up into a crawl position twice.He has taken more of an interest in eating his feet. His favorite things are water bottles,cell phones and remote controls-pretty much anything he shouldn't be playing with. He still wears a very small number of his 0-3 clothes and is mostly in size 3-6. He is still in size 3 diapers. Hudson is such a sweetheart. He looks up at me during feedings with his big blue eyes and he reaches out to touch Nic's face or my face when we hold him. He tries to give us open mouth kisses. He is such an easy going, sweet little boy. His laugh is my absolute favorite sound in the world and I will do anything to get Hudson to smile. I find myself just blurting out to Nic all the time how much I love Hudson. My love for him just keeps growing and growing and I find it hard to express how much he has filled my heart and life with joy.
