I have the honor of being a bridesmaid in my good friend, Lauren Ballard's wedding in May. We ordered dresses back in October when I was stick thin and they came in about a week ago. I did mention that I was on a strict diet and was planning to gain some weight, so when they told me my measurements put me in between a size 2 and a size 4, I gladly ordered a size up and felt good that I had given myself some wiggle room. Well, when I got home to try on my dress, it didn't fit in the bust. I started to panick! I was measured with a padded bra and haven't put on any weight yet, so I have no idea how it doesn't fit!! If it didn't fit now, it most definitely wasn't going to fit at the end of May when I'm 5 months pregnant! (luckily the design I picked should work with a belly as demonstrated below with my "clothes" belly). I called them and they said I needed to come in so down Hud and I went on February 7th to see what could be done. The lady swore that the measurements were accurate (which I find hard to believe) but she did admit that I was not in between sizes, that my measurements were exactly size 4 measurements, so she said they would alter the bust of my dress for free. I told her to let it out as much as she could and left praying that I could somehow make the dress work.
Since we were right by Disneyland, I decided it was worth a trip into the Magic Kingdom. Hud and I only stayed for a few hours, but we had so much fun! We said hi to Pluto, Tigger and Pooh, went on the Winnie the Pooh ride, the rockets, Mr. Toads, Snow White, Pinocchio, the Carousel, and the teacups. It was a perfect way to spend the day before heading home!
The opening ceremony for the Olympics was that night, so my mom and sister came over with Gourmet 88 for dinner and we all watched together!

I love the way Hud gives hugs and kisses:) I'm jealous of Winnie and Pluto xxx
