UCI Homecoming

On January 25th we went to UCI's homecoming event. We go every year and love it. It is an opportunity for me to visit my sorority house, catch up with some of my good friends from college, its an opportunity for Nic to catch up with his basketball friends and we always enjoy going to the basketball game. After we visited the sorority house, we checked out the fair then we went to the pub. Hudson and Avery got a little wild and kissed, haha. 

We only stopped by the pub quickly because the school was hosting a dinner for all basketball alumni and sponsors. I'm so glad they decided to host this event again this year. It was so nice to have dinner with so many of the guys Nic played basketball with. We had a delicious meal, listened to the coach speak and had a great time chatting with all of Nic's buddies. 

We were given complimentary tickets to the game as well, which is also always nice. :) Hud and I sat with Ashley, Andre and Avery for a bit, but the kids were way to mischevious together so I had to go back to our original seats. Hudson was really into the game once he didn't have a beautiful little girl to distract him. ;) He especially liked all the cheering, zot zot zots and dancing. After the game he liked going down on the court and even tried to play ball with the big kids. We had a great time and are already looking forward to next year's event.
