6th Wedding Anniversary

Nic and I celebrated our 6th wedding anniversary on May 24th while we were out at the lake. I can't believe it has already been 6 years. I know they say time flies when you are having fun, but man, we must be having a blast because I feel like our wedding was just yesterday. I feel so very lucky to have such a wonderful man to share my life with. It has definitely been harder to find time as a couple the last couple of years (and I imagine it is only going to get harder when baby #2 comes along), but my love for Nic has still grown. Seeing him in the role of father and working together as parents has really made our relationship grow even more. 

On the 22nd, Tyler watched Hud for us so we could go out to dinner. We tried a new steakhouse, Larsen's, that we had been wanting to go to for a while. We went to the happy hour and it was pretty good. It was mostly just nice to get out just the two of us!
