After the rehearsal, we went to a wonderful lunch. Nic and I were chatting about how excited we were to have a free afternoon to do nothing (we both couldn't remember the last time we didn't have Hudson and were able to do whatever we wanted). Just then, Paul came over and said how much we must be missing Hudson and that he really missed his and Lauren's dog Ollie. We had to laugh because while we of course miss our Hud man, we were ecstatic to be getting a little break. We ended up spending the afternoon relaxing in our room and catching up on popular social media videos from the past year that we hadn't had time to watch. It was so fun!
That night we went to Lauren and Paul's cocktail party. It was a beautiful event! I will admit, that we did sneak off to the bar a few times with Kristen and her boyfriend to watch the Kings playoff game. We ended up losing, which was a huge bummer and kind of stressful, but I still have faith in my Kings. After the game, we did some eating, chatting and picture taking before heading off to bed.
