Luc GI Doctor Appointment

On January 29th, I drove down to Santa Monica with Luc for his GI doctor appointment. The doctor felt his stomach and said he felt good. After practically begging her to test the stool samples I had been saving for the past week, at the recommendation of Dr. Brasket, she finally agreed and they came back negative. She didn't really have any explanation for why Luc is so fussy and sleeping so terribly. Her only advice was to continue with the elimination diet until Luc was 9 months old then start introducing one food item at a time. I left feeling like the appointment was a complete waste of time. There was no way I was going to continue the diet for that long especially when it wasn't even clear if it was helping Luc. All in all the appointment was a big disappointment and I drove back home feeling a bit discouraged.
